Alex lived in many different countries as a child, mostly in the Middle East with a quick tour of Mexico and South Asia. This has given him an appreciation and open view for other cultures around the world. His home base settled in Virginia where he lived for a couple of years before moving overseas for another tour. Alex is a graduate of Virginia Tech where he earned a B.S. in Management from Pamplin School of Business. Now a Virginia transplant (like several others in the office), you can find him rooting for the Redskins and Hokies during football season. He enjoys playing with his dog, trying out the new hot video games, or polishing his pilot skills at the local airport.
Bryan is a GIS Professional based out of New York’s Tech Valley, with a passion for open source GIS, web mapping, and application development. He studied at the National University of Ireland, Galway, and received his bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from Plattsburgh State University's Center for Earth and Environmental Science. Bryan has been a strong advocate of open source in the geospatial sector and can often be found helping newbies on the Leaflet community forum. When he's not helping to bridge the gap between developers and analysts, Bryan enjoys hiking around the Adirondacks and Mohawk Valley with his wife and kids.
Coleman's focus is on ensuring that our customers get the most out of our tools and technologies. He has an unhealthy obsession with geography. He's studied atlases and maps since he was a kid, absorbing everything he could about the geographies of places all over the globe. Naturally, Coleman ended up studying geography and got his degree from the University of Florida. During his years as a Gator he spent time doing IT and SysAdmin work, giving him a solid background in building and supporting Linux and large-scale networks. He's typically found hacking with open source mapping tech, designing beautiful maps, and working with Fulcrum's customers to get the most out of their field operations. When he stumbles upon some free time outside the office, you might find him watching soccer or baseball, consuming books, or contributing to the local mapping community.
Cory hails from sunny California, just outside of Los Angeles. It was while earning his Masters Degree in Public Health that he was first introduced to GIS. Blending his technical talents with his desire to help others, GIS soon became the focus of his career. Cory is our Product Manager, and works tirelessly to make sure Fulcrum does all it needs to for our customers. He was on the front lines for Hurricane Sandy and he has accumulated a great deal of first hand experience with data collection. He's quite innovative and is always pushing to find new ways to improve products, making them not only effective but user-friendly as well. He loves his job but when not at the office, Cory is a 'family guy'. He has a wonderful wife, two small children, and is enjoying living so close to beautiful Florida beaches.

Joe is a GIS/mapping professional located on the Central Coast of California. He has bachelor's degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and a background in Forestry, Wildland Fire, and GIS. His journey down the rabbit hole began with his Dad bringing home a GPS unit and remarking on the potential of the technology, and his love for cartography grew after staring for hours at USGS topographic maps. He is continuing to expand his horizons by becoming adept at programming, web development, and databases. He would not be where he is today if not for such a friendly and generous open source geospatial community. Outside of work, Joe enjoys traveling, camping, and hiking - with three summits of Mount Whitney under his belt.
Josh grew up in small town mid-Missouri. He went to college not far from home at the University of Missouri - Columbia where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. Josh loves thinking through problems and building things, which is why software engineering is a great fit. He finds geospatial and machine learning problems very interesting, and enjoys mobile development. In his spare time, Josh loves to play video games (anything from Civilization 5 to Super Mario 3D World to Call of Duty), play complicated board games, watch sports, and loves his dog to an unhealthy amount. He also never wants to move out of Missouri. Ever.
Katrina focuses on helping clients improve their workflows and integrate our web products. This position allows her to merge her two fields: geography (GIS, ArcGIS Server) and technology (web development). Katrina has an affinity for living abroad and exploring other cultures. She has lived and worked in India, Haiti, the Philippines and Indonesia. Her time as an expat permitted her to experience things like climbing Kili at the age of 15, getting hit by hardened cow dung in the Ganges river at age 20, and being stung by a scorpion at age 21 (and living to tell about it). In her spare time, Katrina adventures throughout Colorado to find the best places to mountain bike and ski. When she is tired from that she scours the internet to find the coolest start ups and design techniques.
RJ was born in 1981, naked and screaming. After overcoming these obstacles, he graduated from University of Florida with Bachelors degrees in Media Production and Philosophy. RJ actively developed a right-brain creative approach to business marketing and a highly logical left-brain mindset for coding and web development. Prior to joining Fulcrum, RJ worked as a freelancer with large clients including Atlantic Records, Major League Baseball, Humana, Redbull, and countless businesses in the real estate, medical, financial and entertainment industries. As the Digital Marketing Strategist, he is responsible for developing an approach to online visibility, engagement, and attracting new customers for Fulcrum. RJ has been heavily involved in computer science since childhood, and began coding at the age of 8 on his Commodore 128. Since then, he's moved on to bigger and better things - namely getting the word out about Fulcrum and its capabilities.

There are some who call him... Tim? He fell in love with design at a young age and smiles when he sees well designed elevator buttons. His background in photography and illustration gives him a different perspective from those who do not have a background in photography and illustration. He keeps cats and ducks, but not secrets. If you ask him a direct question he has no choice but to answer with the truth. His time spent designing is only mitigated by an occasional round of golf and the constant urge to torment his family with unprovoked sass and bad Christopher Walken impressions.

In late December of 2014, Tony left the intelligence community to pursue a career in web development by attending The Iron Yard Academy in Downtown St. Pete. Tony is married and has a two-year old son named Ty. His hobbies include learning something new, coding, video games, fishing, and attending Rays and Lightning games.
Zac is a software engineer and leads development on iOS and Fulcrum's core system architecture. His obsession with craftsmanship and quality means he's involved with all aspects of the development process. He's hacked on everything from back-end system services to front-end user interfaces. His passion for design sometimes leads him to be an artist, too. Zac enjoys working at a lightning pace, so if you can't keep up, he'll probably just write the code himself. Moving at light speed also requires him to consume unhealthy amounts of coffee. He's self-taught, open-minded, and is constantly absorbing new technologies and ideas. When not hacking on code or shrink wrapping products, you might find Zac watching soccer, making a meme, or waiting in line at the Apple Store.
