How do I change what plan I have active?

User accounts can be members/users in multiple plans at the same time. When this is the case you will most likely need to change what plan you are accessing.

How to change your active plan

On the web app you can change the active plan by clicking on the plan selector button in the upper right corner of the page. The plan selector will list the name of the plan that you are currently accessing.

On the mobile apps you can select what plan you would like to access when you first sign in to your account.

Once you are logged in to your user account in the Fulcrum for iOS app you can change the plan from the ‘Switch Account’ button located on the settings page of the Fulcrum iOS app.

Once you are logged in to your user account in the Fulcrum for Android app you must first logout and then login again.
