Wether you are a single user on an essentials plan or part of a large team with lots of users on the professional plan type, Fulcrum does not have any restriction on the number of apps/forms that you can create in your plan.
If you do have a lot of apps, it is recommended to set the status of the apps that are currently not in use to inactive. This will help reduce the amount of space the mobile app takes up on your device, as well as, help reduce sync times.
