Culvert Inspection Form

Culverts are essential to our infrastructure and require thorough and routine inspections. Use this mobile inspection form to take baseline measurements to get an accurate record of the culvert length, material, location, and more. Further conduct regular “point-in-time” inspections to address any risk factors such as a crack, abrasion, water seep, erosion, etc., to ensure that the structure is functional and stable. Take photos of visible defects to inform your assessment and use the GPS feature to record where the inspection was completed. This form works both on and offline.
