Forklift Operator’s Daily Checklist

Run through this forklift operator's daily checklist to ensure your electric or gas/LPG forklift is functioning properly to avoid injury and accidents.

The Forklift Operators Daily Checklist app is a custom app designed to help forklift operators ensure that their vehicle is in safe and proper working order before starting a shift. It includes a list of daily inspection items that the operator must check, such as the condition of the tires, brakes, and mast, as well as the fluid levels and battery charge. The app also includes a section for the operator to record any issues or concerns they have about the forklift, and a signature field to confirm that the inspection has been completed. The app is intended to help reduce the risk of accidents and equipment failures by ensuring that all forklifts are thoroughly inspected before use. This app can be customized to meet your exact forklift checklist needs.

This app cannot be automatically loaded in AU, CA, or the EU.
