The Weekly Employee Timesheet is an alternative to the traditional time card. Allow your mobile workforce to check in and out from any location. Allow them to sign in when they are on the way to the job site. It was designed for employees, managers, and human resources to keep track of time and attendance across their workforce in the field. Locations of each change are recorded to ensure employees are where they say they are and time spent on site is correct.
Keep track of all regular, overtime, sick and vacation hours. At the end of the week, allow the employee to sign his timesheet and send it immediately to his manager. Then enable the manager to validate for an errors and sign the sheet as well. The timesheet app can also adjust to a format preferred by your payroll department, such as a bi-weekly timesheet.

How “real-time” are you?
Fulcrum provides automatic synchronization to share records between the mobile device and server. In “real-time,” this syncing occurs within seconds to a couple of minutes as long as there’s an internet connection.
Can Fulcrum connect to my sub-meter Bluetooth GPS unit?
Yes. Fulcrum uses your mobile device’s GPS location by default. When you connect a Bluetooth GPS receiver, it replaces your device’s coordinates with more accurate ones from the GPS receiver.

Does Fulcrum work completely offline?
Fulcrum is built to function without an internet connection. When you reconnect to the internet, it will automatically sync your records and update the mobile app with new data from the server.
