To support the company’s mission of fostering employee growth, we recently secured a $30,000 grant from CareerSource Florida through the Incumbent Worker Training Program.
This two-year grant, funded by the state of Florida, provides training to keep the state’s workforce competitive in a global economy, as well as to retain existing businesses. It was awarded to SNI because we are a “targeted, high-value business” with fewer than 50 employees.
SNI will use the funds for continued professional development and training for both our management and staff. The training sessions will cover a range of topics, including:
- Communication strategies
- Team building
- Sales development
- Conflict management
