Jim Grady is a CEO who brings more than 25 years of general management and leadership experience in high-growth technology companies and a strategic focus to drive profitable growth to the Fulcrum platform. Jim was previously CEO of Cellebrite, Inc., a leading provider of cyber/digital intelligence software solutions where he scaled revenue from $18M to $100M while consistently expanding profit margins. Jim holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maine and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Jeremy Nazarian is responsible for go-to-market-strategy and customer adoption of the Fulcrum platform. He brings 25 years of technology marketing and business development experience to the company. Previously, Jeremy served as Senior Vice President of Marketing at BigID where he led a go-to-market function that helped the company quadruple ARR while positioning to raise more than $100M in capital. Prior to BigID, Jeremy was CMO at Cellebrite, the leading provider of digital intelligence solutions, where he implemented marketing strategies that helped scale the company from $18M to over $100M during his tenure. Jeremy holds a BA in History from Colgate University.
Zac McCormick is the Chief Technology Officer for the Fulcrum platform. A self-taught software engineer with 15 years of experience developing mobile and SaaS products — the last nine at Spatial Networks — Zac is largely responsible for the platform as it exists today. He previously attended the University of South Florida and worked as an engineer for Mangrove Software (which was later acquired by Asure Software).
Chief Information Officer Bill Dollins is a technologist focusing on deploying enterprise architectures and geospatial applications at scale. Bill manages the technical compliance strategy of the Fulcrum platform and leads our Professional Services team using his background in streamlining workflows and decreasing time to market for information products. Prior to working at Spatial Networks, Bill was a partner at Zekiah Technologies, where he developed geospatial systems to model infrastructure behaviors and identify vulnerabilities and points of failure for customers such as the US Navy, the Department of Homeland Security, the World Wildlife Fund, and the Bureau of Land Management. Bill has a BS in Information Systems from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and is working toward an MBA.
Pete Janda, Spatial Networks’ Chief Financial Officer, brings experience in full company lifecycle, from pre-Series A capital raising and infrastructure build-out to acquisitions and S-1 / IPO liquidity events. Pete has held finance roles at four high-growth technology companies, two of which were in enterprise SaaS, and before joining the tech sector he worked in corporate development, strategy, and investment banking. Pete holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University and MBA in finance and entrepreneurship from UCLA's Anderson School of Business.
As VP, Product Development, Mike Lambert leads the product strategy for the Fulcrum platform. Mike brings 15+ years as a software product management leader, with hands-on, cross-functional experience in identifying strategic opportunities bringing initiatives into production. His track record for building successful SaaS platforms includes prior experience at Nokia and most recently as Vice President of Product Strategy at PGi. Mike holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Northwest University and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.
Trey Hyde, VP, Engineering, leads the Engineering team responsible for building the Fulcrum platform with expertise in Agile transformation and driving product quality and process improvement. Trey brings 19 years of experience in software development, generating hundreds of millions in sales for SaaS products at his prior companies — PGi and iMeet Central. Trey attended the University of California, Berkeley, and is a Certified Scrum Master.
As VP, Product Development, Coleman McCormick leads product development efforts for the Fulcrum platform. His team is responsible for advancing product roadmaps and aligning the Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Design, and Engineering teams. Coleman optimizes process design to solve Fulcrum customers’ problems, creating better workflows. He brings 15 years of experience in GIS and Mapping and attended the University of Florida, studying Geography, GIS, remote sensing, and cartography.
Richard Nunez, VP, Business Development, defines and grows reseller, MSP, ISV, and consultancy channel partnerships for the Fulcrum platform. He brings expertise in multimillion-dollar ARR Managed Services Provider (MSP), AWS, and Microsoft partnerships. Richard has been working in the software industry for 20 years as a partnerships and channels professional across a variety of well-known venture capital-backed startups and large software companies including New Relic, XebiaLabs, and BEA Systems (Oracle). Richard attended Boston College Carroll School of Management and holds an MBA in International Business from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
